Coordination of care, resource navigation, and recovery planning for individuals working toward sobriety and stability. -
Therapeutic Behavioral Health Services (TBHS) and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
Individualized behavioral interventions that promote emotional regulation, social skills, and healthy coping strategies. Structured activities and supports that help individuals strengthen life skills, social connections, and community engagement.
