We believe there is no better way to support recovery than by giving people back their dignity, and part of that is providing them the skills they need to enter back into the workforce. Substance use destroys more than just the health and relationships of the user. Unfortunately, it often destroys careers and professional opportunities.
Part of Day One Integrative Services focus is to make sure that those participating in our programs are able to support themselves independently when they leave us. For some in recovery this may mean: obtaining a GED, polishing up a resume, going on to a new career or connecting to resources. These tools are intended to help them become an active member in society while giving them more self- assurance in their new-found independence.
