Peggy Lucas-Flipse, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS is originally from Guernsey County, Ohio. She has been working in the healthcare field since 1989. Peggy received her Master of Education, Community and Agency Counseling in 1995 from Ohio University. She was certified as a Chemical Dependency Counselor in 1996 and licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in 1997. Peggy has worked in a variety of settings including home-environments, community based counseling agencies, a psychiatric hospital, an acute adolescent psychiatric facility, an AOD residential program, foster care agencies, Children Services and Corrections. Peggy was a therapeutic foster care provider from 2002 through 2008. Her primary therapeutic technique is client-centered utilizing motivational interviewing techniques. Peggy has two adult children and a granddaughter. She moved to Marion with her two dogs, Zoey and Chloey.
