Heather joined Day One Integrative Services, LLC as the Director of Nursing in 2019 and now holds the position of Executive Director. She is a Marion, Ohio native, highly motivated and personally invested in her community. Heather has over 20 years of nursing experience in a variety of healthcare settings, her primary specialty being clinical leadership operations management. Heather was compelled after being a nurse for 17 years to change her specialty-focus and found a new passion for substance use and mental health treatment. Heather encourages other experienced colleagues with leadership backgrounds to join in the pursuance of becoming part of the solution to help solve our substance use/mental health crisis. Prior, she’s served 3 years as the Director of Operations of Clinical services for a national non-profit home care agency, 7 years as an Executive Director of Operations for a for-profit agency and her earlier years in hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare settings.
